2. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

- In cases of repeated infringement, we may suspend or terminate user access to Fabplaces.com.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Fabplaces.com will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
