DMCA Policy

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We may notify the user responsible for the content.
  • In cases of repeated infringement, we may suspend or terminate user access to Fabplaces.com.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before it was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Fabplaces.com will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
