Anse Mamin
Saint Lucia, Saint Lucia
Anse Mamin is a small, scenic beach on the southwest coast of Saint Lucia, near Soufrière and just a short walk from the more famous Anse Chastanet.
The cove is framed by lush green hills and rainforest, with a strip of soft, dark‑tone sand and very clear, calm water that is ideal for swimming and relaxed snorkeling right from the shore. The beach is relatively quiet and shaded by trees, giving it a secluded, low‑key feel compared with busier resorts, while also lying close to the ruins of an old sugar plantation that add a touch of history to the setting.
Because of its sheltered position and easy access to coral close to the coastline, Anse Mamin is especially popular with visitors who want a peaceful spot with good snorkeling and beautiful views of the Pitons without the crowds.
