B&B Lozerkasteel
Kruisem, Belgium, Belgium
B&B Lozerkasteel is an exclusive Bed & Breakfast and holiday apartment located in the former coachhouse of the historic Lozer Castle (Kasteel van Lozer) in Lozer, part of the municipality of Kruisem in East Flanders, Belgium.
The castle itself, known in the 17th century as “’t Goed Uplosere”, is a block‑shaped, neoclassical manor that has belonged to the della Faille d’Huysse family since 1654 and was given its present appearance through 18th‑century renovations, with a surrounding estate that includes a gatehouse, coachhouse, service buildings, a tower‑like garden pavilion and a 13‑hectare private park with ponds and animals.
The B&B occupies the fully renovated coachhouse and offers luxuriously furnished rooms with box‑spring or twin beds, air‑conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, and direct views over the park and pond, plus access to the park itself, and also features a sauna and a three‑room holiday apartment for 5–8 people. Guests can stay in a setting that combines historic architecture, a quiet natural landscape between the Flemish Ardennes and the Leie region, and a high‑level hospitality experience, with prices starting from about €155 per night for a room and €210 for the apartment, and the property is often described as a small luxury “boetiek” B&B in a booklet of greenery.
