Cable Beach is a 22‑kilometre stretch of white‑sand beach on the eastern coast of the Indian Ocean, about 4 km west of Broome in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

It is famous for its wide, flat shoreline, turquoise water, and low red‑ochre cliffs and dunes behind the sand, creating a striking contrast that makes it one of Australia’s most photographed beaches. The beach is a major tourist draw, especially for sunset camel rides along the shore, watersports, and simply walking or relaxing on the soft sand during the dry‑season months from May to October.

Portions of the northern end are also a well‑known clothing‑optional section, while the southern part near Gantheaume Point offers dramatic rock formations and ancient dinosaur footprints visible at low tide, all on the traditional lands of the Yawuru people.
