Cascade du Nideck is a scenic waterfall located near Oberhaslach in the Bas-Rhin department of the Grand Est region, formerly Alsace, in northeastern France.

It is the highest waterfall in Alsace, with a drop of about 25 meters, situated at an altitude of 534 meters. The waterfall cascades over a wall of volcanic rock, creating an impressive natural spectacle especially after rainfall or during the melting season in spring.

The site is surrounded by wooded areas and offers a refreshing atmosphere during warm weather. Nearby are the ruins of two medieval castles, Haut-Nideck and Bas-Nideck, which date back to the 13th century. Visitors can follow well-maintained hiking trails from Oberhaslach to the waterfall and continue up to the castle ruins, which provide panoramic views of the Bruche Valley.

The area is known for its natural beauty and the local legend of giants associated with the Nideck castles, adding a magical aura to the experience. It is accessible via the D218 road and has parking facilities near a restaurant close to the waterfall.
