The Castle of Ali Pasha is a hilltop fortress near the village of Anthousa, above Parga in northwestern Greece.

Built in the early 19th century by Ali Pasha of Ioannina, the castle was designed to strengthen his control over the region and monitor the nearby coast and the town of Parga. Constructed in a strategic position with commanding views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains, the fortress formed part of Ali Pasha’s wider defensive network.

Although much of the structure is now in ruins, its thick stone walls and imposing location still convey its former military importance. Today, the castle is a popular historical attraction known for its panoramic scenery. Visitors come to explore the remains of the fortress and enjoy spectacular views over Parga, the coastline, and the lush landscape of Epirus.
