Castle Ruyff (Château de Ruyff, Kasteel Ruyf) is a historic classified manor and castle in the hamlet of Ruyff near Henri‑Chapelle, in the commune of Welkenraedt, province of Liège, Wallonia, Belgium. 

Its name comes from the knight Arnold de Rueve, who owned the site in 1172, and while its origins are medieval, the visible complex largely dates from the 17th to 18th centuries, with two square towers erected from around 1600 and the château rebuilt in 1737. The castle is an ensemble of castle and farm, set in a U‑shaped layout around a forecourt and a large pond that reflects the buildings, and it is listed on Welkenraedt’s inventory of protected architectural heritage since 1989.

Unlike the nearby Château de Baelen, which was converted into a psychiatric hospital, Castle Ruyff remained a country residence and was restored in recent decades by its current owners, maintaining its classical seigneurial character rather than serving as a major public tourist site.
