Since 1904, it has been inhabited by the Priests of the Holy Spirit, who transformed the estate into a spiritual and missionary center, including the establishment of schools and religious institutions.
The original 1648 structure is partially integrated into the current complex, set in a park with a pond, reflecting its long-standing significance and evolving use over centuries.
