Château de Graaf, also known as Château de Streversdorp or Schlossgraaf, is a medieval castle located in Montzen, in the municipality of Plombières, Belgium. The castle's origins likely date back to the 12th century, with parts possibly constructed around the end of the Carolingian era in the early 10th century.

It has a rectangular layout with a small inner courtyard and includes several key features such as a 13th-century donjon (keep) with thick sandstone walls, and circular towers added in the early 16th century.

The castle is surrounded by water-filled moats and was originally accessible by a stone bridge that replaced a former drawbridge. Over the centuries, it has passed through many owners, notably the Triversdorp family from the late 13th century, and it retains Gothic wall paintings from the early 16th century inside. Its defensive and residential architecture reflects its historical importance as a protected Wasserburg, a castle built in lowland with water defenses, contributing to the heritage of the Liège province.
