Château de Lavison, located near Bordeaux in Loubens, Gironde, France, has origins dating back to the year 977 when it began as a simple wooden tower. It later became a castle used by English kings during their occupation and evolved into a pleasure residence during the Renaissance. The estate today spans about 60 hectares of vineyards situated on a hill overlooking the Dropt valley.

The vineyard is partially managed through organic and sustainable agricultural practices, reflecting a commitment to environmental stewardship recognized by a French certification for environmental value.

The current owners, the Martet family, who have cultivated the land for five generations, focus on producing wines that respect the origin and identity of their terroir. Château de Lavison produces classic Bordeaux wines characterized by a good depth of color and flavors of red berries like raspberry and cranberry, complemented by elegant tannins.
