Château d’Ochain is a historic country estate in the village of Ochain, part of the commune of Clavier in the Liège province of Belgium, that today functions mainly as a modern care complex rather than as a traditional castle or museum.

The site includes a residential care home for elderly people (a maison de repos et de soins) with about 95 beds, including protected units and specialized wings for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other forms of dementia, as well as a smaller services residence offering 11 assisted apartments for seniors who wish to live independently but with security and support.

The establishment is run by the Christian association ACIS (Association Chrétienne des Institutions Sociales et de Santé) and is set in a peaceful environment near ponds and wooded areas, with gardens, a secure 24‑hour residence, on‑site restaurant, and organized activities, making it both a healthcare facility and a quiet, park-like setting within the Condroz region north of Liège.
