Château d’Oupeye is a historic riverside castle in the town of Oupeye, in the Liège province of Wallonia, Belgium, whose medieval origins can be traced back to at least 1176 when a Gérard d’Oupeye is mentioned as a witness, and which later became the seat of the lords of Oupeye, Vivegnis and Petit‑Aaz.

The oldest surviving part is a massive medieval square keep or donjon, built in dark sandstone and blue stone with thick walls of about 1.70 metres, which may date from the 12th or 13th century and was later rebuilt and heightened in brick and limestone by the wealthy Liège munitionnaire Jean Curtius in the early 17th century after he completely rebuilt the castle following major fires in the 12th and 15th centuries.

The main residential building, attached to the keep across a fortified quadrangular terrace, is a two‑wing neo‑classical manor probably remodelled at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries from an older core, and the whole complex is accessed by a brick bridge crossing former moats, giving it the appearance of a classic fortified manor with a separate medieval tower and a 18th‑century‑style corps de logis.
