Château Poswick (also called Château de Tihange or Château l’Évêque in earlier times) is a historic manor in the village of Tihange, part of Huy in Liège province, Belgium, located on Rue du Centre 20, and named after the Poswick family who owned it in the 19th and 20th centuries.

The site originally had a medieval tower dating from the 10th century; in 1135 it served as a stronghold for the Prince‑Bishops of Liège, possibly as residence for the bishop John of Tongres, and it was later enlarged into a full castle, which was destroyed in 1550 and rebuilt in 1576 in a form that already showed the outlines of the current building.

In the late 18th century the property changed several times, and in 1879 Prosper Poswick bought the dilapidated castle and restored it in a Mosan (Maasland) style, giving it back its historic grandeur and adding an English‑style park laid out in 1874 by the landscape architect Fontaine, while the wings and residential parts were further developed in the late 19th and early 20th century into a more eclectic, yet still coherent, country residence.
