Originally established as Komarovsky Park in the late 1920s and renamed in 1934 to honor the Chelyuskin Arctic expedition crew, it features family-friendly attractions like a prominent Ferris wheel for panoramic views, a children's railroad operated by teenagers, playgrounds, an amusement area with rides including a go-kart track and roller coaster called Katalnaya Gora, plus a summer stage, dance floor, and proximity to Lake Komsomolskoye with its Isle of Birds reserve.
