Cumilla Zoo and Botanical Garden (also spelled Comilla Zoo and Botanical Garden) is a combined zoo and botanical garden located in the Kaliajhuri area of Comilla city, Bangladesh, on Shaheed Shamsul Haque Sarak about 100 kilometers from Dhaka.

Opened in 1986, the zoo covers 10.15 acres (approximately 4.1 hectares) within a larger 75-acre botanical garden setting. The facility holds mild popularity as a family destination for nature enthusiasts and locals interested in exploring animals and plants, but has been reported to be in poor condition since opening, with animal and bird populations declining annually.

As of recent reports, only 16 animals and birds remain alive there, including a lion, seven different monkey species, two bears, two river gulls, two Egyptian hens, a python, and a hare, though their living conditions remain relentless. The garden is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for visitors to explore this small combination of zoo and botanical garden facilities in southeastern Bangladesh.
