Diesvelthoeve (also called Hoeve Diesvelt) is a historic fortified farmhouse in the village of Otegem, part of the municipality of Zwevegem in West Flanders, Belgium, once the seat of the 14th‑century lordship of Diesvelt which originally covered about 17 hectares and extended into Otegem, Ingooigem and Tiegem.

The estate was first held by the lords of Diesvelt, who were directly dependent on the Count of Flanders, and later passed through the families of Mullem, Cooighem, d’Ursel and finally François van den Broucke, the mayor of Oudenaarde, who in 1699 rebuilt the site as a moated castle with a large entrance gate and whose family coat of arms still appears on the gatehouse.

Over time the residential castle was gradually transformed into a working farm; the 18th‑century gatehouse with its brick bridge and the red‑brick buildings arranged around a paved courtyard remain, while the former moat now survives only as limited earthworks on the south and west sides, and the historic gate was rebuilt in 1941 after being destroyed by German planes in 1940.

Today the site is known primarily as a farmhouse rather than a castle, but it is still officially recorded as fixed architectural heritage and forms part of the local Diesveldstraat and the walking path Diesveltpad that introduces visitors to the main sights of Otegem, while its long history and connection to regional nobility and the Counts of Flanders make it a notable example of a medieval lordship gradually converted into a rural estate in the heart of Zwevegem.
