The Ferme Castrale d'Hermalle in Engis, Belgium, is a historic fortified farm originally built in 1642 near the castle of Hermalle.

It features a gatehouse with an arched portal, surrounded by a moat and corner towers, enclosing dwellings, stables, and barns arranged in a square layout typical of regional farms. Over the centuries, the farm was expanded and modified, reflecting architectural styles from the 17th to the 19th century.

Since the 1990s, it has transformed into a cultural and tourist center focusing on the history of food and drink, housing the Gourmet Museum and Library, as well as a postal history museum and a tavern serving traditional local cuisine. The site blends historical architecture with gastronomic heritage and continues to be an important cultural landmark in Engis.
