The Fiocruz Moorish Castle (Castelo Mourisco) is the historic headquarters of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), a leading public health research institution in Brazil, located in the Manguinhos neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.

Built between 1905 and 1918 by architect Luiz Moraes Junior based on a sketch by scientist Oswaldo Cruz, the castle was inspired by the neo-Moorish Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain, and features eclectic architecture with Portuguese tile work and Arabian-inspired mosaics.

Originally envisioned as a "Palace of Sciences" modeled after Paris's Institut Pasteur to house laboratories, offices, and a library for vaccine and medicine production, it now serves as Fiocruz's central administration while also containing exhibition spaces, the Entomology Collection, and a Rare Books Library.

The building is nationally protected, having been listed by Brazil's National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage in 1981, and is currently a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage status. The castle is open to the public for free guided visits as part of Fiocruz's educational tourism program.
