The Grande Mosquée de Conakry, also known as the Grand Mosque of Conakry or Mosquée Fayçal, is Guinea's largest mosque and one of Sub-Saharan Africa's biggest, located in the Dixinn commune east of the city center near Donka Hospital and the Botanical Garden.

Built in the late 1970s under President Ahmed Sékou Touré with funding from Saudi Arabia's King Fahd and inaugurated in 1982, it features four tall minarets topped in light blue, multiple domes with green-and-white motifs, and vast prayer halls accommodating 10,000 men on the ground floor, 2,500 women upstairs, plus 12,500 more on the surrounding esplanade.

Its gardens house the Camayenne Mausoleum with tombs of national heroes like Samori Touré and Sékou Touré, though maintenance issues have persisted despite renovations reopening it in 2023, making it a key site for worship, community events, and cultural reflection.​
