Greens Pool
Denmark, Western Australia, Australia, Australia
Greens Pool is a sheltered, picture‑perfect beach inside William Bay National Park, about 15–20 minutes west of the town of Denmark on Western Australia’s south coast.
It sits in a calm cove ringed by large, smooth granite boulders that block the swell of the Southern Ocean, creating a shallow, turquoise “pool” that is safe and gentle enough for swimming, snorkelling, and wading even for young children.
The beach has pure white sand, clear blue‑green water, and interesting rock pools and crevices that are great to explore, while the big boulders also offer spots to climb, sunbathe, or jump into the water from. Anchor Rock at the western end marks the link to the longer Mazzoletti Beach, and the nearby Elephant Rocks form another popular scenic walk, making Greens Pool one of the most visited and photogenic beach spots in the Denmark region.
