Ilhéu das Cabras is a small, uninhabited islet in the Gulf of Guinea, located about 2 kilometers off the northeast coast of São Tomé Island in São Tomé and Príncipe, roughly 8 kilometers north of São Tomé City near the Lobata District.

This rocky outcrop, one of the nation's smaller islands amid a volcanic archipelago, features sandy seabeds with seaweed, rocks, and vibrant marine life including turtles, pufferfish, moray eels, stingrays, angelfish, and barracuda, making it a protected dive site ideal for beginners due to its calm, shallow waters often shielded from wind and waves.

Accessible primarily by boat, it offers exclusive snorkeling and introductory scuba experiences opposite the capital's shores, contributing to the region's biodiversity within the Obo National Park biosphere.
