Kasteel Cleyhem, also known as Hof Cleyhem, is a historic moated manor and castle site in the Flemish village of Zuienkerke, near Blankenberghe in West Flanders, Belgium.

The lordship of Cleyhem is recorded from the early 12th century as a leased estate of the Burg of Bruges, and for many generations it was held by the family Van Kleihem (Cleyhem) before passing in the 15th century to Cornelis Boonhem, who served as counselor and chamberlain to Maximilian of Austria.

The site originally consisted of a motte-and-bailey structure with associated buildings and a farmstead, and today the surviving castle is a brick house on a raised motte surrounded by a moat, accompanied by a coach house, farm buildings, and a traditional polder farm layout typical of the Blankenbergse polders. The entire complex, including the motte, moat, castle, outbuildings, and historic farm structures, has been protected as a monument, reflecting its importance as one of the older seigneurial estates in the area.
