Kasteel Cortewalle is a moated water castle in Beveren, part of the municipality of Beveren‑Kruibeke‑Zwijndrecht in East Flanders, Belgium.

Built in the 15th century from white sandstone in Flemish Renaissance style, it is one of the oldest castles in the Waasland region and sits within a generously laid‑out park of about 10 hectares dotted with elegant trees, flower beds, and quiet lawns.

The estate was originally called Ten Wallen, which evolved into the French name Cour‑ten Walle and then Cortewalle, and it was successively owned by the noble houses of Triest, Goubau, and finally the de Brouchoven de Bergeyck family, who held it for centuries until it was sold to the local authorities in the 1960s.

The castle is closely linked to major artists and patrons of the Early Renaissance: Joos Vijd, one of the original commissioners of the Van Eyck masterpiece The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb (the Ghent Altarpiece), is said to have lived here with his wife Elisabeth Borluut, and the building later housed the extensive aristocratic archives of the de Brouchoven de Bergeyck family.
