Kasteel Magis is a small 19th‑century manor house in the hamlet of Sint‑Pieters‑Voeren, part of the municipality of Voeren in Limburg, Belgium, located on the street called Magis 5 and built at the end of the 19th century by Alfred Magis‑Trasenster on the site traditionally known as “Rot”.

The building is a brick manor in neo‑traditional style, with a rectangular plan, a hipped slate roof with dormers, and a front façade marked by two tower‑like projections under tent roofs, three window bays and two storeys above a raised ground floor, with hardstone cross‑ and plait‑window frames and a wide flight of steps leading to the main entrance, while the park contains a matching single‑storey gatehouse and a small extension added in about 1957.

From the area near Kasteel Magis there is a celebrated panoramic view over the Voerstreek, looking across the valley of the Berwijn and the “Bel” hills, which makes the site a small but appreciated landmark on the edge of the Voer valley and a quiet example of a late‑19th‑century estate in the gently rolling landscape between Voeren and Aubel.

Unlike larger, publicly open castles, Kasteel Magis is a private residence and is mainly noted for its setting and view rather than for interior visits, but it remains a listed historic monument and a characteristic feature of the Sint‑Pieters‑Voeren landscape as part of the broader collection of Voerstreek manors and view points.
