Kasteel Nielderbroek (also spelled Nielderbroeck) in Niel, Antwerp province, is a historic castle site with origins in the 13th century and a major rebuilding around 1535 by the de Tassis family, who gave it its U-shaped plan and Renaissance-inspired palazzo appearance.

Over the centuries the façade was altered — notably baroque refinements in 1654 and 19th‑century neo-rococo changes under Baron de Roije van Wicke — and details such as the cast-iron balcony bear initials and heraldry of later owners. The building and its surrounding park have been documented in local heritage inventories and the castle was legally protected as a monument in the late 20th century.

The estate includes a landscaped park and meadows beside the Rupel river. In the 20th century parts of the site were repurposed for institutional use (for example a care facility) while retaining much of the historic fabric and setting that make it a local landmark along the Broeklei in Niel.
