Kasteel Ter Donckt, also called Kasteel Ter Donck, is a medieval castle and former seigneury in the village of Berchem, part of the municipality of Kluisbergen in East Flanders, Belgium, located in the Scheldt valley south of Oudenaarde.

The domain is thought to have originated in the 13th century and is considered the oldest building in Kluisbergen; its name is derived from the Germanic donk, meaning a slight rise in a low, marshy area, and the isolated position of the site in the Scheldt valley suggests that it was developed as a fortified farm or manor on land that became usable only after 11th‑century technological improvements in draining heavier soils.

First known owner was Joos van Hemsrode, mentioned in 1283–1284, and the estate later passed to Wouter van Halewijn in 1344; over the centuries it remained a separate lordship, a direct dependency of the Hof van Pamel, until it was joined to the lordship of Berchem in the second half of the 18th century. The castle itself originally consisted of a moated enclosure with a square tower and a range of buildings, and archaeological and stylistic analysis shows that the present core includes a 13th‑century keep and 16th‑century additions, reflecting evolving domestic architecture while retaining much of the medieval layout.

Today the estate is surrounded by a green, wooded area and a pond, and though it is privately owned and not a public museum, it remains a prominent landmark and a valuable example of a largely preserved medieval manor in the Scheldt region, illustrating local lordship and the continuity of agricultural use on the site.
