Kasteel van Hansbeke is a historic country house and estate in the village of Hansbeke, now part of Deinze in East Flanders, Belgium, situated on the Warandestraat 7‑13 and 9A.

The site originally held a moated and walled motte castle of the lords of Hansbeke, first mentioned in the 14th and 15th centuries, whose ruins were still standing in the 17th century and were finally demolished in 1766–1767 when the lordship was sold to J.A. van de Woestyne. The present building was erected in 1790 on a slightly different location and is a brick mansion in classicist style, originally adorned with trompe‑l’œil paintings.

It was later inherited in 1858 by Fr. Borluut van Vinderhoute and entered the family of the Bousies through marriage in 1887, who took the name Bousies‑Borluut. In 1985 the castle was severely damaged by fire and was rebuilt with one storey fewer, losing much of its original interior, but a small hexagonal chapel on the upper floor with a trompe‑l’œil ceiling painting depicting the Assumption of Mary was preserved.

The estate is approached along a prestigious avenue of lindens (now protected as heritage), set in a large park that was probably laid out in the early 20th century, and includes ancillary buildings such as a coachhouse, a staff house, an orangery and a former residential house, making it a characteristic example of a late‑18th‑century Turn‑of‑the‑Century manor integrated into a rural landscape near the Leie, with its historic development closely tied to the noble families of Hansbeke, Nevele and the wider Hansbeke–Nevele–Deinze area.
