Kasteel van Neerijse (also called Kasteel d’Overschie) is a small, classical‑style castle in the village of Neerijse, part of the municipality of Huldenberg in Flemish Brabant, Belgium, situated on the east side of the town along the IJse river, originally a hunting pavilion set in water and later transformed into a more substantial residence.

The estate began as the “Goed ter IJse” and was bought in 1735 by Baron Charles‑Joseph d’Overschie, after whom the castle is also known; the small moated pavilion was rebuilt in the 1770s in classicist style, with a new mill house and a landscaped park, and over the 18th and 19th centuries the building changed several times, passing from the d’Overschie family to the Bethune Hesdigneul and Goffinet families, while the park and the water‑mill in traditional brick and sandstone were preserved.

In the 20th century the castle was used as a hospital from 1942 to 1983, then as a three‑star hotel and restaurant from 1985 until about 2004, and since 2007 it has been converted into luxury apartments, a project that aimed to restore the original façade and roofline while respecting the protected monument status; the castle and its coach house are protected as a monument since 1979 and the building has been listed as architectural heritage.
