Koskina Castle is a ruined Byzantine fortress located on a steep hill near Evdilos and the village of Kosoikia on the island of Ikaria.

Built in the 10th century, it occupied a strategic position that allowed its defenders to monitor the island and important sea routes across the Aegean. The castle was one of the strongest fortifications on Ikaria and was later reinforced during the period of Genoese rule between the 14th and 15th centuries.

Local tradition describes it as nearly impregnable, with stories of its capture surviving in folk songs and legends. Today, only parts of the defensive walls remain, along with the small Church of Saint George Dorganas within the fortress grounds. Visitors who make the climb are rewarded with spectacular panoramic views and a glimpse into the medieval history of Ikaria.
