Miglos is a small mountain commune in the Ariège department of southwestern France, located within the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park.

The village is best known for the ruins of the Château de Miglos, a medieval castle perched on a rocky outcrop above the Vicdessos Valley.
