Nangawooka Flora Reserve is a small, 2-hectare native Australian garden located just outside Victor Harbor, Australia. Established in 1982, it features over 1,200 varieties of native plants from the Fleurieu Peninsula and Western Australia, many of which are labeled for easy identification.
The reserve offers wheelchair-accessible paths, picnic areas, a gazebo, and toilets. It is also a popular spot for birdwatching, with over 70 species recorded and a new bird hide overlooking a pond that attracts many birds. Flowering seasons peak from early spring into summer, providing vibrant displays of plants such as Correas, Grevilleas, Hakeas, and Banksias.
Maintained mostly by volunteers, the reserve provides a peaceful and educational environment appreciated by visitors, families, and nature enthusiasts alike.
