Panoramic Gardens of Limeuil
Limeuil, France, France
Panoramic Gardens of Limeuil are a restored 19th-century botanical haven perched atop the medieval village of Limeuil in Dordogne, France, offering sweeping 360-degree vistas over the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers.
Created by Dr. Fernand Linares, who drew inspiration from his time in Morocco, the 2-hectare site features a diverse arboretum with exotic trees, thematic sections like color, witch, water, and insect gardens, plus interactive trails and escape games for visitors.
Revived since 2004 by local efforts, they blend educational strolls, fun workshops, and panoramic beauty in one of France's most beautiful villages.
