Place du Casino, also known as Casino Square, is the legendary beating heart of Monaco and the glamorous epicenter of Monte-Carlo, famous worldwide for its reputation of opulence. At the heart of the plaza sits renowned artist Anish Kapoor's famous mirror sphere, a striking focal point surrounded by a circular fountain that reflects the elegant silhouette of the Hôtel de Paris, while twenty movable palm trees add a touch of greenery. The square perfectly balances pedestrian strolls with vehicle traffic, as it remains part of the legendary Formula 1 Grand Prix track where luxury cars continue to gather, and it serves as the ideal starting point for visiting prestigious shopping destinations like One Monte-Carlo featuring high-end stores such as Cartier, Chanel, Dior, and Hermès.
