Praia Adão e Eva (Praia de Adão e Eva) is a long, relatively quiet ocean beach near Monte Gordo on the eastern Algarve, stretching about one kilometer along the Atlantic coast just west of the town of Monte Gordo and east of the Praia do Cabeço.

It lies within the same golden‑sand beach system as Monte Gordo but feels more relaxed and less crowded, bordered by pine forest and the Monte Gordo forestry nursery, where a rare wild population of chameleons can sometimes be seen.

The beach has soft white sand, gentle slopes into the sea, wooden walkways connecting different sections, and a generally calm to moderate surf that suits families and casual swimmers, although it typically has fewer bars and facilities than the main Monte Gordo beach. It is popular with camper‑van visitors and travelers who want a more laid‑back, nature‑oriented stretch of sand close to the attractions and amenities of Monte Gordo.
