Praia da Baía is the main and most popular urban beach in Espinho, Portugal, located on the Costa Verde (Green Coast) in the Porto District along the North Atlantic Ocean.

The beach is famous for its extensive stretch of fine, light-colored sand and moderate waves, making it ideal for family swimming and leisurely walks. It's Espinho's most crowded beach, especially in summer, and is very clean and well-maintained, located just 600 meters from the city center and only 100 meters from Espinho's train station, making it one of the most accessible beaches in the region by public transportation.

The beach features a wide seaside promenade, traditional fishing boats on the sand, beach bars and restaurants, lifeguards, showers, restrooms, wheelchair accessibility, and equipment rentals for bodyboard and surfing. It's a top surf destination on the Costa Verde with crystal-clear water and consistent waves suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced surfers and bodyboarders, and also offers beach volleyball facilities.
