Praia da Pedra Negra (also known as Praia das Pedras Negras) is an oceanic beach located in Aguçadoura, in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim, Porto District, Portugal, along the Costa Verde and North Atlantic Ocean.

The beach features a very extensive sandy area ideal for long seaside walks, and its name comes from the distinctive black-colored rocks that become visible near the water line during low tide. It's a supervised beach during the bathing season and is particularly appreciated by water sports enthusiasts due to the relatively constant wind and water conditions throughout the year.

The beach is part of the larger Praia da Agucadoura coastline, situated between Cabo de Santo André to the south and other beaches like Praia do Paimó to the north. With its medium-length sandy stretch, Praia da Pedra Negra is a cozy, sheltered beach that's ideal for diving and swimming, as it has almost no rocks in the bathing area, making it an excellent spot for baths.
