Praia da Rocha Baixinha Nascente is the eastern section of Praia da Rocha Baixinha, a wide, tranquil beach in Quarteira, Loulé, in Portugal's Algarve region, close to Vilamoura Marina.

It marks the eastern end of the famous 6-kilometer Praia da Falésia and is bounded on the east by the jetties of the Quarteira Stream and Vilamoura Marina. Unlike the western part, which has taller red cliffs, this section has lower cliffs that disappear under sand, giving way to a large dune field with diverse plant life protected by raised wooden boardwalks.

The beach features soft, fine golden sand, calm shallow waters at low tide making it ideal for children, and opportunities for water sports like surfing and jet skiing when conditions allow. Bars and restaurants line the beach, creating a lively end-of-day atmosphere, and it holds a Blue Flag designation for cleanliness and safety.

The area behind the dunes includes the Vilamoura Reed Plantation and Environmental Park, habitats for water birds like grey herons and purple swamphens, and even otters near the stream mouth.
