Praia da Torre is a small Atlantic beach in the Oeiras municipality, just west of Lisbon on the Lisbon District coast, in the São João da Caparica–Carcavelos stretch.

It sits between the São Julião da Barra Fort and the neighboring beach of Carcavelos, its name coming from the historic “tower” fort that overlooks the shoreline. The beach has a mix of soft sand and pebbles, with relatively calm waters compared with nearby Carcavelos, making it popular with families, swimmers, and a smaller number of bodyboarders and surfers, while offering basic amenities such as sunbed rentals, toilets, showers, and a beach‑front bar or restaurant along the promenade.

Located within easy reach by train and bus from central Lisbon, Praia da Torre tends to feel less touristy and more local, with a relaxed atmosphere and views of the old fort and the open sea.
