Praia do Centro, also known as Praia do Meio, is the central and most crowded beach of the Santa Cruz beach complex in Silveira, within the municipality of Torres Vedras, Lisboa District, Portugal, located on the Atlantic Ocean coast of the Iberian Peninsula.

The name "Centro" means "Center" in Portuguese, and this beach is distinguished by its extensive, very wide sandy shoreline that dominates the area, making it ideal for sunbathing and beach activities. During the summer months, much of the mid-area is filled with beach barracks operated by a local bar, and the beach is lifeguarded during the bathing season, which typically runs from June 15 to September 15.

The southern end of the shoreline is bounded by dramatic rock formations, while car parking is available on the cliff slope above the beach. Praia do Centro is part of the larger Praia de Santa Cruz Beach system and is conveniently located near other beaches in Silveira such as Praia Formosa, Praia Azul, and Praia das Amoeiras, all within the parish that has 12 beaches along 13 kilometers of coastline.
