Praia do Malhão is a stunning, expansive natural beach located about 5–7 kilometers north of Vila Nova de Milfontes on the Alentejo coast of Portugal, within the protected Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina (Vicentine Coast Natural Park).

The beach features a long, beautiful stretch of white/golden sand backed by dramatic rocky dunes and fragrant scrub-covered cliffs, creating a sumptuous natural backdrop that is completely undeveloped and remains wild and remote. The waves are powerful and the sea can be quite wild with strong currents, making it an excellent destination for surfing and bodyboarding (though there is nowhere nearby to hire equipment), but not ideal for families with young children or casual swimming due to permanently rough conditions and ferocious Atlantic swells.

Since 2019, the northern area of the beach has been officially designated for naturist practice, and the beach is very quiet and tranquil, offering a peaceful refuge where you can find deserted spaces even during peak tourist season despite being popular with naturists and surf enthusiasts.
