Praia dos Pescadores (Fishermen's Beach) is Portugal's most famous beach by this name, located in Albufeira in the Algarve region on the country's southern coast, about 38 km west of Faro.

This Blue Flag beach is 225 meters long and 106 meters wide at low tide, nestled in the southeastern part of the town with fine golden sand and calm, clear waters that reach 20–23°C (68–73°F) in summer. The beach retains a charming, picturesque quality with colorful traditional fishing boats often lined up at its eastern end, honoring its fishing heritage where local fishermen once operated before Albufeira had a proper harbor.

It's one of Albufeira's two main beaches (along with Praia do Túnel), directly accessible from the city center via a large hard-surface square at beach level, making it very popular with tourists—especially British visitors—during summer months. The beach offers complete facilities including lifeguards in summer, toilet and shower facilities, sunshade and lounger rentals, bars, and numerous restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood at the western end.

Water sports options range from volleyball and parasailing to boat trips, with two nearby parking lots (one at beach level and one atop the cliffs) and an outdoor escalator from Pau da Bandeira bluff for easy access. The beach also hosts Albufeira's New Year's Eve celebrations with concerts and fireworks displays over the water, and you can see fishing equipment scattered on the sand since it still serves the nearby fish market and local fishing community.
