Praia dos Tremoços is a small, secluded beach in Porches, Lagoa, in Portugal's Algarve region, known as a quiet secret for travelers who want to escape crowds.

It sits beneath tall golden cliffs sheltered from wind, with pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation at the cliff top offering panoramic coastal views from Armação de Pêra to Albufeira. The beach is almost like a private beach for the luxury Vila Vita Parc resort above it, but it remains public and open to everyone. In summer, a small bar, parasols, and sunbeds are available on the sand, and lifeguards are on duty during bathing season.

When the water is calm, it is crystal-clear, safe for children, and excellent for swimming and stand-up paddleboarding, though much of the sand disappears at high tide. Access is via a narrow staircase carved into the cliff on the west side, making it unsuitable for people with mobility issues, and there are no bathrooms or dedicated parking, though you can park near the resort.
