Praia Fluvial de Valhelhas is an artificial river beach located in the village of Valhelhas, about 500 meters from the town center, within Portugal's Serra da Estrela Natural Park.

Situated along both banks of the crystal-clear Zêzere River—one of Portugal's longest rivers that is entirely within the country—the beach features cool, fresh waters ideal for swimming and relaxation. The beach holds Blue Flag status for its excellent water quality and infrastructure, and it also carries the "Accessible Beach" title, offering amenities like an amphibious wheelchair and underwater ramp for easy water access.

The area includes extensive green lawns, natural shade from poplars, alders, ash trees, and willows, wooden footbridges, a picnic park with 22 barbeques, a bar, sanitary facilities, a first-aid office, a playing field, and ample affordable parking. On summer weekends, musical concerts sometimes extend into the night, attracting many visitors to this scenic natural setting.
