Praia Maria Luísa is a small, picturesque golden‑sand beach in the southern Algarve, set between the better‑known Praia de Olhos d’Água and Praia da Falesia near the resort town of Albufeira in Portugal.

It lies tucked beneath tall ochre‑colored cliffs and coastal vegetation, giving it a slightly wilder, more secluded feel while still being easy to reach on foot from nearby holiday areas. The beach is about one kilometer long with a mix of soft sand and some rocky sections, where the waves can range from gentle to stronger depending on the tide, making it suitable for swimming, sunbathing, and casual water sports such as kayaking or paddleboarding.

Facilities are modest but convenient, including a beach bar or small restaurant, sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, and seasonal lifeguards, though the beach can become quite busy in summer, especially with visitors from the nearby Club Med da Balaia resort.
