Praia de Tróia Mar (Troia-Mar Beach) is a beautiful beach located on the Atlantic Ocean side of the Troia Peninsula in Grândola, Setúbal, Portugal, just south of Lisbon on the Alentejo coast, offering stunning panoramic views directly across to the Serra da Arrábida hills.

The beach is easily accessible via a short ferry ride from Setúbal (which accepts both pedestrians and vehicles), by road to the tourist developments near the peninsula, or by driving along the coastline where the peninsula connects to the mainland. It features calm, wave-free waters making it ideal for families and swimming, with an average summer seawater temperature of 17–18°C, and holds Blue Flag certification for environmental quality and safety.

The beach offers comprehensive facilities including lifeguard surveillance, sunshade and umbrella rentals, showers, outdoor parking, a beach bar and restaurant, sailing and windsurfing schools, and sports facilities for volleyball, football, and rugby, plus small craft rental for water activities.
