Scheldevelde Castle is a historic manor‑house castle located in the De Pinte‑Zevergem area near Nazareth in East Flanders, Belgium, standing along the Scheldt river region that once gave the estate its name.

The site has medieval roots as part of an old feudal domain called “Schelde Velde,” and the current castle building incorporates a mix of older structures and later architectural updates, set within a larger park‑like estate.

Today the former castle and grounds belong to the De Pinte Public Centre for Social Welfare and house a social‑care and residential complex known as Scheldt Velde, so it is no longer a private aristocratic residence but remains a notable local landmark tied to the agricultural and noble history of the Leie and Scheldt valley.

The surrounding area is also popular for walking and cycling routes, letting visitors enjoy the castle’s exterior and green surroundings even though the main building serves institutional functions.
