Schloss Peltzer (Château Peltzer) is a large neo‑Gothic chateau in Verviers, Wallonia, Belgium, built in 1893 for the wealthy wool merchant Georges Peltzer on Rue Grétry in a park of about 6 hectares, with a residential and usable area of roughly 2,818 m² on a 11,200 m² plot.

The building was designed as an English‑style neo‑Gothic residence, with fine stone detailing, columns, capitals, ornamental elements, original fireplaces and other period features, and it later served as a high‑end restaurant and reception venue after major renovations in 1993–94, before being sold again and falling into a state where it was partly vacant and in need of additional renovation.

After several owners and a period as a gastronomic and event property, the château was put up for sale in 2022 and, in late 2025, was acquired by a new private buyer from Eastern Europe, who has already started renovation work on the roof, electricity and other aspects, with plans reportedly aimed at a restaurant with perhaps a few guest rooms rather than a luxury hotel.
