Tower of Rigena (also known as Tower of Regina or Pyrgos tis Rigenas) is a medieval stone watchtower located near the village of Pervolia in the Larnaca District of Cyprus.

Built during the Venetian period, likely in the 15th or 16th century, it formed part of a coastal defense network used to watch for pirate raids and other threats approaching from the sea. The square tower was constructed from local limestone and strategically positioned on elevated ground overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. Its elevated entrance and thick walls were designed to improve security and protect the small guard force stationed there.

The tower is also associated with local legends about a queen, or “Rigena,” who is said to have lived there and used a secret underground tunnel to escape during times of danger. Today, Tower of Rigena remains one of the best-known historical landmarks in the area, valued for both its medieval heritage and its connection to Cypriot folklore.
