The beach is famous for its iconic 23-meter Uvongo Falls waterfall that plunges into a deep lagoon at the river mouth, creating a stunning natural backdrop with crystal-clear turquoise water and rocky formations. It offers wide-open spaces ideal for long leisurely walks and is family-friendly with top-notch facilities including lifeguards on duty during season, shark nets, a kids’ paddling pool, and pedal boat rentals.
