Arli National Park is a large wildlife reserve located in the Tapoa Province of southeastern Burkina Faso, covering about 760 square kilometers. It neighbors Benin’s Pendjari National Park to the south and the Singou Reserve to the west, together forming part of the important W-Arly-Pendjari protected ecosystem. The park features diverse habitats including riverine forests, savanna woodlands, and sandstone hills.

It is home to a wide variety of animals such as around 200 elephants, hippos, lions, buffaloes, baboons, monkeys, warthogs, and several types of antelope like roan and western hartebeest. Arli also has important waterholes where wildlife gathers, especially during the dry season. Although some species like the West African wild dog may have disappeared locally, the park remains vital for conserving endangered animals.

Managed in part by local conservation groups, Arli National Park is recognized for its ecological and cultural value and is part of a Ramsar site, highlighting the international importance of its wetlands.
